Janis Waddell

Janis works as the Chief Marketing Officer for Rosecrance for Rosecrance Health Network. She has more than 30 years’ experience in the addictions field, including 10 years of providing direct clinical services to adolescents. Janis is dedicated to creating awareness about the prevalence of addiction and mental illness and reducing the stigma in hopes of ensuring access to expert care for all who seek recovery. She earned her bachelor’s degree in education from Western Illinois University and a master’s degree in counseling/education from Northern Illinois University. Waddell’s areas of expertise include behavioral healthcare marketing, insurance managed care contracting, adolescent and adult substance abuse treatment, and current trends.
