Jeff is a lifelong resident of Madison. After receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management at UW Whitewater. He began a 30 year career with the Madison Police Department. He was promoted to Captain where he played a major role in developing Community Policing in Madison.
During his career he witnessed hundreds of tragic addiction related cases. He saw how often addiction and mental health issues are related. He also has experience with loved ones who suffered from addiction and mental health concerns.
He joined a Families Anonymous group 11 years ago recognizing how important it is for people struggling with addiction and their families to receive treatment.
He joined the Recovery Foundation Board of Directors to support efforts to provide treatment opportunities for those unable to financially obtain services.
Jeff is a strong supporter of Connections Counseling.
