As the only paid employee of the Recovery Foundation, April provides the administrative and planning support for the board. Event planning, fundraising, and marketing the board’s mission is driven by her passion for the outcomes she has witnessed in her time with the foundation. Having experienced what the effects of addiction has done to members of her family and friends, she has grown to appreciate the powerful difference the Recovery Foundation has made in the community. She is constantly in awe of the people she works with, and is beyond thankful to be surrounded by such inspiring individuals on a regular basis.
Outside of her work with the foundation, April keeps busy as a single mom with two very active kids in Middle School.
